Samsung’s rumored Galaxy S5 flagship phone has passed through certification again, this time for a new SM-G900H variant likely destined for Asian markets.
The SM-G900H represents the fourth certified Galaxy S5 model number so far, following the SM-G900A, SM-G900F, and SM-G900S.
Each variant appears to be a regionalized Galaxy S5 version tailored for specific carriers and networks. The SM-G900H was manufactured in Vietnam, China, and South Korea for Asian compatibility.
Though details remain scarce, multiple certified models signal Samsung is actively developing and testing its next Galaxy S generation across global markets.
Rumors suggest the Galaxy S5 will feature a QHD display, 64-bit Exynos processor, and 16MP camera when it launches next year. But Samsung has shared very little officially so far.
More Galaxy S5 certifications are likely in the coming months as Samsung prepares its flagship for an expected unveiling at Mobile World Congress in February 2014.
